Two Positions Open at Sanilac County CAC

The Sanilac County Child Abuse Prevention Council/Child Advocacy Center is seeking a Full time Case Manager/Life Skills Specialist to work with children and families of child abuse.  This position will assess treatment needs, develop and monitor goals and progress.  They will be responsible to facilitate and coordinate interdisciplinary services for children of alleged abuse and their non-offending caregivers in addition to conducting individual & group educational classes. Services will be provided at the CAC, school and/or home.  Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or other related human service field and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with children and at risk families.  Please send resume by Friday, October 27th to the Sanilac County CAC, 171 Dawson St. Suite 123, Sandusky, MI  48471, Attn: Dianna Schafer

The Sanilac County Child Abuse Prevention Council/Child Advocacy Center (CAC) is seeking a Full Time & Part Time therapist to work with child victims of sexual & physical abuse and their non-offending caregivers.  Counseling services will be made available at no cost to victims and their families who come through the CAC.   Applicants must possess a Masters in Counseling or Social Work and have 5+ years of experience working in the field of abuse & neglect, individual, group and family counseling.  Please send resume by Friday, October 27th to the Sanilac County CAC, 171 Dawson St. Suite 123, Sandusky, MI  48471, Attn: Dianna Schafer
